Uploading cool rosetta nebula photos.

as the picture says i have some images of these things but i cant upload them as they are .bmp is it normal for the f10 button to save in this format can i change what file type it saves to. I guess I can change the file format some how.

ED saves screenshots as bmp, I don't think you can change that.

You can't upload images (in any format) direct to the forums, it was disabled ages ago (maybe one day they'll actually delete the dialog that makes you think you can).

You'll need to upload them to a dedicated image hosting sight (imgur, flickr, etc...) and us the 'From URL' tab on the Insert Image control (or just wrap it in BBCode IMG tags manually).

Oh I don't have one of those. I have my own URL I pay for as a e-mail but setting it up as a photo blog may be a pain in the you know what. Come on FT make it easy to love this game best advertising in the world for a visually stunning game like yours is fan shots. It also keeps your fan base excited.

I think most of them are free. Imgur certainly is (that's where I stick mine).

Imgur is the easiest is honestly the best service I could find so far. And free, of course.
