Support is the best way as players can only ques/give suggestions. Personally i can't remember seeing someone report similar issue before (at least not on discussion or beta bug report forums, don't keep that big eye on live bug report section). Quick google and forum search don't bring any other threads or discussions that would be related to this.
Making support Ticket will be only way to make sure someone at frontier will see your issue and may be able to help. Tell in support message when the problem appeared? Are you new player first time installing or have you played ed horizon before on same computer without issues etc. They will probably ask you to provide your Dxdiag, Client Log and Detailed Update Log with the support Ticket. There is instructions on how to get them and where to find them on support site after you start filling ticket.
