Urgent reputation advice needed

evening commanders, so prior to patch 2.0, i had a red down arrow on my federation rep(from bounty hunting), and how it is classed as hostile, if i go near fed stations there security servises open up on me, and so do the big stations, i can only land at the small outposts and platforms.

does anyone have any idea how i can easily boost my reputation, atm i can only sell as i cant take missions to bigger fed stations.

i would love some help on this as i do not want to wipe my save.

Do missions for federal congress at platform lesser stations until you can go to bigger stations
