General / Off-Topic US Congress gets the Horizons bug?

NASA's new budget increase was not only approved by congress but they also authorized another $700 million dollars on top of what the administration requested. "We are going back into space with Americans on American rockets, and we are going to Mars," Senator Bill Nelson said yesterday.
