Used ship market

I was thinking about things that could be done to make ED better and i got to thinking about a used ship market where you could put ships up for sale to other players when you dont need or want them anymore. i mean it could be pretty cool to run into another player thats maybe the 5th owner and you could say to them "hey thats my old ship". just something i thought could be cool.

It would be even better if You were able to rent ship owned by other player- if You were not able to pay rebuy it would go back to the owner. Ofc outfitting it would be disabled. Just imagine docking to the player owned FC with shipyard installed and browsing through ships available to rent. That would probably silence all those players who are complaining about ship engineering being insane grind...
