All I bloody want is the onionhead skin for the corvette. Only your useless store page has no paypal option and selecting the credit card option returns a
500 Internal Server Error

You have to buy these "game extras" in-game using Arx - it was a major point of the last update. So buying Arx is the only "game extra" for Elite in the store.
