User Music?

Hey everyone

i have an issue, i have my steam files and games on a seperate Hard drive

now i was recently fored to do a full wipe and new install of Win10 of my SSD

i reinstalled steam set it up so it could find my already installed steam games, but now the folder in my doctuments for PC isnt there, the game still works, but i cant get user music.
i reninstalled PC thinking that this might reinstall the missing files.. well it didnt :(

any ideas? lol

So you are missing your own music you added to the game's folder?

So:
- Games from steam are installed on drive D (for example).
- Windows was already installed on drive C? Then you wiped and reinstalled?

Doesn't planet coaster use the user music from "My documents"? Not sure, but these would have been on your Windows drive which you did wipe.

Nah sorry lol

im missing the whole Frontier development folder that belongs in My Doccuments. so the place where i can place the of my MP3s isnt there.

so i thought, hey reinstall PC that would reinstall all the files etc, Nope. didnt work :(

All you have to do is go to My Documents, create new folder, rename it frontier developments, open that folder, create another new folder, rename that one Planet Coaster, then open that one and create another new folder, rename that on UserMusic, then place your mp3s in there. Some people have also noticed there folders are marked as "invisible" so just double check that you have the option to view hidden files to make sure its really not there.

Maybe the PC folder is in "User folder - Onedrive - Documents". Win 10 has "Onedrive" integrated and if you have not changed the settings of Onedrive the documents are saved in that path. Do a check [wink]
