USS and Wing Question

Is it currently possible to get into the same USS as a friend? I was trying to get some help on a mission I have and couldn't guide him into the same one... after a bit of trying I don't even think it's possible. Can anyone confirm? Going forward I think it might be a good idea to label these with a unique tag like EVE does with signal sources when scanning down signatures.

If not, is this something that will be addressed and something we'll be able to do in a Wing? (Locate, warp to and find wing mates easily?)

It is theoretically possible but difficult to achieve right now, as you may end up in different instances when you drop out of sc.

Wings changes all that. Your drive can be slaved to your wingman's, so that when he goes into sc, you do too. Likewise, when he drops out you will drop out at the same point. If something goes wrong for any reason, you or he can activate your beacon which can be seen from sc, and you can drop in on it. It'll take a bit of practice to figure it out fully, but it totally addresses the problems you stated above.
