Engineers USS material distribution seems to be out of whack

I'm looking for Core Dynamics Composites. Current wisdom says to search for High grade USS in highly populated Federal systems in state of Boom. Unfortunately this applies to Proto Heat Radiators as well... But now I've also found Proprietary Composites so often in High grade USS and barely any Core Dynamics Composites and if so, never more than 1 at a time.

Interestingly it's the first time I struggle to find Core Dynamics Composites and Proprietary Composites should not be found at all in High grade USS but only in Uncoded USS with the highest chance in Election state systems.

So what in hell is going on here? Kind regards from the latest patch or update?? [down][down]

Worked like you suggested. Two out of four HGE USS in such a hightech system contained two CDC each. Called it a night after that.
