So I'm happy that USS's are now spawning much mre frequently but I've noticed something strange about them...maybe it's just me.
Many times I get into a USS and see 4 or 5 ships. 2 or 3 Authority ships, 1 Wanted ship, and 1 clean civilian ship.
They are just mulling around each other.
I scan them and typically the clean civilian ship SC's out right away.
The Authority Ships do nothing except scan me over and over and fly around each other.
Once I scan the Wanted ship the Authority ships decide that they too should dispatch the wanted ship.
Man I appreciate the Bounty for the Wanted ship but this feels way way too staged.
