USS's need a change.

As of right now the way they work is just awful. You get a mission, go to said location, throttle down in SC and wait for a random USS signal that may or may not be your mission objective to pop up right in front of you...every single time! It's a little jarring and kind of funny that you can just travel in a straight line while in a giant solar system and eventually find what your looking for.

I would much rather have my mission objective spawn in the target system, in a random location that I would have to scan down with my D-scanner. These could be called Identified Signal Source (ISS) that would always be linked to your current mission for that system. More then one mission in the system would generate more then one ISS in different spots in the system. It would be awesome to have a mission where the ISS is in a asteroid field, where you have to find and kill the pirate/victim.

Add in some restrictions in how far away they spawn from stars and planets so we don't end up with ISS's 1,200ls away from any known planet, making them too hard to find. I feel as though this would allow for a more fluid mission experience, the USS's can stay for when your just flying around looking for something random and quick to investigate.
