Dear Fellow Utopian Commanders,
As you could see, our expansions this week are not exactly what every one expected. We earned two great systems into expansion, including the most-coveted-by-everyone jewel Kenna. This did not happen by chance however.
Some of us acted on purpose for this to happen. We did it in secrecy because posting it would have harmed our goals.
It was a test, and a proof of concept. If a few of us can do this, we can do even better by organizing such special operations on a regular basis.
Hence, I’m happy to propose to you to help the Utopian Special Ops Force. The idea is to orient and coordinate actions to be able to further greater goals (without endangering them by making them public), maybe some goals which would have been considered unreachable. By using secrecy, unexpected inventive action, and coordination, we’ll be able to accomplish even more.
We ask every Antal Supporting Commander to privately report to either Commander XARGO, SOLOR or ETHAN DRAKE.

Results
The level of your participation to the coordinated USOF actions is up to you. Think about how much time you could possibly spend, at the end of the week or globally, for such actions. Tell us what you can do, we’ll tell you where it would be best contributing.

It is worth. We can be like 10, 30 or even 100 times more effective while coordinated, as our reddit, this week expansions and various tries have shown.

Time
- Black Ops : Time you can spend doing dirty work, such as Assasination missions, killing authorities and so on. Please tell if you accept to go against Empire, Alliance and Federal factions and take some damage to your reputation with them (full because you don’t care, moderately cause it gets back easily, or not at all). “I can free myself one evening (GMT+2) or two each week, except Saturdays”.
- Military : Time you can spend doing CZ or so on. Like “10 hours per week with a FAS”.
- Strike Forces : Time you can spend on specific PVP actions or routing Capital Ships, or *whatever coordinated secret action we might undertake*, like “8 hours a week on evenings” or “Wednesday evening”
- Missions : Time you can spend doing missions on designated targets, to help flipping systems (or avoid them flipping).
Results
- Expansion Amount. This can include the amount of your regular power play grinding or be beyond that. Like “I’ll do 5350 merits in expansion this week, just tell me on which expansion”.
- Preparation or Fortification Amount : Please specify the global amount you will ensure to attain. “I’ll do 4000 for USOF this week in my trade conda, should be done by tuesday, tell me where”.
- Redeem Amount : Millions of Exploration, Trading benefits or BH credits you can work/deliver on designated targets places.

Of course :
- We will have to maintain a certain level of secrecy about goals and operations. Your discretion is required. Some things might even never be known, most of the glory will go to our beloved Guru and ideals
- Let us know your level of contribution (for every week or only for this week, etc.) as soon as possible, it’s by knowing what we can rely on that we will chose objectives
- Every one counts. We are a small power. 8 commanders could get Kenna into expansion amongst 4 greater powers trying to get it, and one commander can flip a system in a week. Whatever your skills and preferences are, we should find a way to use them, even if you only have a few hours to spare for USOF action.
- Enjoyable chatting during ops is welcome but not mandatory.
- We officially hope this coordination will help our diplomatic action by reducing maverick activity in our Power pledged commanders, but technically we are a bunch of hotheads only talking about crazy possibilities, so indidual actions is private, non covered, and won’t engage our Power, and Pranav Antal would disavow any knowledge of these (plausible denial stuff…).
