When I'm not playing Elite one of my other VR favourites is Valve's "The Lab" (which is absolutely superb and incidentally works perfectly with Oculus Touch too). Anyway, I just saw this terrific article on Road to VR about it's hidden Easter Eggs.

Warning: contains spoilers I guess if you'd rather explore the Lab and find these for yourselves.

The Lab is indeed a fantastic showcase for VR! I especially love Slingshot in it. The Robot workshop in it where you try to repair Atlas is also brilliant and I was surprised how big those robots are! :) I am really impressed with the Source engine and how versatile it still is. I am using the Vive.

I love the silly humor throughout the game.
Spent a lot of time "calibrating" cores just for listening to all that nonsense the cores are babbling.

Also both the archery game and the VR arcade shooter are great.

Oculus Touch implementation is near perfect, there are just a few cases where I'd find it more intuitive to use the grip button instead of the trigger.

Try archery in the hub environment - it's hilarious, especially if you accidentally hit one of the dudes! [big grin]

LOL! :) Those poor guys... I love the message when you hit one of them 'The accident timer has been reset...'

Didn't even know I could use the drone, will give that a try, thx!
