Vanguard management?

I'm sorry, I re-watched the Vanguard announcement video.
Handing out perks, assigning rights, ship management, etc. but what will be the opportunities to influence the Vanguard leadership?

Because in essence all this will lead to strong inequality within the squadron and I think there will be a lot of injustice when the higher ranks will order the lower ranks.

How will this be regulated?

I know what you mean. But will all squadrons be equal in strength? In wealth and numbers?

A newcomer will want to join a more advanced, wealthy and skillful squadron. So he's free to join any squadron he wants? I'm sure some squadrons will have strict selection and very strong requirements for a member.

I see a game full of FC with no access for everyone. Why would they do that?

UPD.
Lately, I'm not quite sure what's going on. I think the developers listen more to the cries of some leaders of some formations and the game has already done a lot of things to simplify the game crowd. And extra money, and colonization and now the vanguard.

People playing alone (I do not mean in single mode) and as a real mercenary like Han Solo, cmdr. Jammeson, FireFly etc. it's getting harder and harder to play alone.

I think the only downside of the new squadron/Vanguard feature is that people will expect the squadron they're thinking of joining to have or intend to have a squadron carrier. Squadrons with no intention of having one will be out of luck attracting new members.

But as long as it's possible for a small squadron of 4-6 members to acquire and afford the upkeep of a squadron carrier then it will be ok. There are many players who'd prefer a smaller but more personal group.

In the video I heard that this is a function of just attracting new players to the game. And judging by the interface random, unfamiliar to you personally.
But in my opinion, the influence of some players on others by means of the game is not very good, because many in the game do not like PVP.

Squadrons with strict selection will not have high membership by nature. The CMDRs who apply to my squadron are usually looking for a place to interact with people in a friendly environment.

I own three fleet carriers across my accounts and only one is not open to the public. It is for squadron members and to trade goods at low prices and outfit their ships. We work hard to load our cargo hold with goods and don’t want non-members to take our supply. The other two carriers are always open to everyone to refuel, repair, rearm. Everyone is free to operate their own carrier as they see fit. Who are you to tell anyone how to manage their hard earned carrier?

No but, that is the point. Every squadron will be individual. Your point is kind of a non-point. The big red flag with Vanguards is no engineered ships or modules can be shared.
