I wanted to take some photos with the new vanity camera but i noticed that due to the camera crossing some invisible threshold, clipping through a model outside of the camera's view, a few of the shots I would have been able to get using the old camera, I am no longer able to.
These shots are now denied to us.
I think I understand the reasoning behind having a camera that can't go through models and props and show elite in it's less that alluring state but it sometimes feels arbitrary. I would find in one position the camera isn't allowed to take the shot, then if i zoomed in, it's perfectly fine.
I'd rather the no-signal state be removed... or be curtailed back a bit more.|

All of these areas could have been used to tell some interesting stories in screenshots, comics, or even machinima but the camera now prevents these beautiful set pieces from being used.
You've all put effort into these models but have simultaneously hamstrung our ability to play with these models and create new stories out of them.
There's no going back to 2.2. the advantages outweigh the cons, still it seems like it was the only way to have views like this.
