Vending Machines

Not sure if recommended already but here is my rational.

Often people queuing for long rides such as log flumes get thirsty and I get messages saying as such. So the ability to place vending machines in ques would be great.

Often people are thirsty/hungry in quiet parts of my park, a vending machine would sort this whereas a shop may not be required and my employee quits all the time due to low work load.

There could be a management element to this also where machines need to be kept stocked up/run out, the ability to charge prices per machine and link them in with existing shop themes such as cosmic cow ice cream machine or pipshot drinks machine. Of course they can be vandalised, break down also.

Just a thought :)

i think its a good idea because when i have a popular ride or coaster my guests end up getting really hungry or thirsty and then complain.

its been suggested before, but I don't know how it would be any different from any other stall except that it doesnt have a vendor working it. Also if it broke down how would a mechanic get to it?

Placing a shop/stall or vending machine in a queue line seems tricky, it might cause guests to clog up waiting for their drinks, and it could slow down queue times, not to mention all the programming that would have to be done. Like say theres 20 people in line and the drinks are in the middle near guest #10 or 11, so that means guests 8 or 9 better have already gotten their drinks, and guests 12-15 better be quick when the line starts to move.

I'm not a fan of having to stock my shops, the original theme park game had that and i found it annoying. I would rather have a employee break room for staff to rest and or change shifts, and staff training like this

The best place to put your shops is at the exit of a ride so that guests can carry their items while walking to the next ride. Also, don't make your queues too long it just annoys your guests making them wait, when instead they could be shopping
