Vendors keep closing shops??

I find it extremely annoying that vendors keep closing shops on their own and I have to manually click and reopen each one. I have a very large park so when I am building things it is very difficult to keep up with this until I get a notice saying "guests are hungry" or "guest are thirsty". Am I the only one having this issue and does anyone else find this annoying? If I am "paying" an employee to work a stall, why in the heck would the game allow them to just close it on their own.. if I want it open it should stay open.

Are you training them? Are you paying them adequately? Is the shop busy? Too busy? Not busy at all?

It's management. You have to keep tabs on your employees and make sure they are happy. It's your job!

I feel your frustration but as already mentioned above, you need to look at a few things, the location of the shop, is it in a popular are of your park,? no good having it in a corner where nobody can see! have you offered your staff any training? are there any competitors in the area trying to poach your staff by offering them more money? if you want your staff to give their all, you need to train them and make the wage packet worth all their hard work.

In my main park I had two balloon stores, both were placed in a busy area where loads of guests had to walk past them to get to the rides, one of the staff had been trained up to level 5 and had received pay rises equivalent to what they were worth, this store was bringing in a profit of $1,569,00 a month while the other store kept closing due to lack of trade. Once I had trained this faling store staff to level 5 the store no longer closed and was making a profit.

It's easy to keep an eye on your traders, just go to the Attractions tab and click on stalls etc, this will show you all of your stores and the amount they are earning or loosing, click on the store that you want and in there you can click on the staff member and see if they are trained, it's much easier than going around the park looking for where you placed your individual stores.

Best of luck

Long live the coaster king!
