I've downloaded it, run it, logged on, received the verification code and entered it all without problems. That was about 20 minutes ago.
What email service do you use? The verification emails have been known to be blocked by some email providers.

Installed the new launcher, was asked for verification code, checked my mobile phone, code was already there.

I use Thunderbird, previously it was Live mail which had no problems whatsoever, I receive all Frontier related stuff, all my other email related gubbins comes down as normal, this is the only time I think that it has failed to be delivered. (No its not in my junk folder)

Two accounts reactivated so far - no problems other than google inbox not polling very often, but I know about that.

AOL was the problem for me, Since changing to Outlook I have no issues.
Same here. Good job I launched ED to get the message rather than checking first as I might have deleted as a spam or phishing email.
Still pondering why applying a free update to a bought and paid for game logging in from the same PC and same account needs a fresh verification. DRM paranoia/overkill comes to mind...
