Sorry for the German title. Unfortunately, I can not change the title anymore.
I miss the construction parts, natural elements and the construction plans from Asia and Africa DLC in the German version. I have already completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
Does anyone have an idea?

If you play in franchise, you have to research the theme first. If you are playing sandbox, I don't know then.

Also, Southeast Asia filtered you all the pieces that came with it. There is not a theme or additional foalige in this pack, because it is an animal pack.

For the Africa, as Aramar already stated, you need to research the theme (assign a mechanic to the workshop research) and it already filtered you all the plants from this pack.
