Vertical Sync turned OFF

I think the recent patches made some changes to my graphics settings. I was getting some tearing and checked and yeah the V-Sync was turned Off. Just FYI in case same thing happens to you.

bit of a segue but if you have an nvidia maxwell or newer card i suggest you give fast sync a look.

you play games with vsync OFF but turn on fast sync in you windows nvidia display settings.
