Awesome stuff! No time to play today, but I'm eager to login tomorrow, the trek to Earth and beyond begins! Please post any screenies of the capital ship events to whet my appetite :D

Whatever they are, I wonder if they're encountered only in the Eranin conflict area or in all populated systems (Setting sail for Achenar as soon as I can afford a better fsd)

I hope they show some gameplay footage of the Capital Ship events tonight, can watch when heading home tomoz am

Bit like a lower case ship event, but a bit bigger.

Seriously though, no real idea, but perhaps something like that battle video that came out early on, where small ships came to the aid of a larger ship.

I wonder how many systems will be open for us. Not restricted to the beta bubble could mean no restriction or it could mean a much larger bubble. I know for a fact some parts of the galaxy are being saved for later expansions and obviously some parts will never be possible for normal ships to reach.
