very odd graphics glitch on the Heart Nebula

@sallymorganmoore
I am in Hypoae Ain DN-B d13-63 system (around 350ly from the center of the Heart Nebula), and I noticed these strange straight dark lines across the Nebula - I am sure this is a graphical glitch, rather than deliberate.

These lines appear from either the cockpit or the camera regardless of the level of zoom - the image is zoomed in for clarity.

It might or not be related, but is worth looking into this thread and @Morbad fix. Might fix the issue for you, let us know.

I noticed similar a few years ago in a few other nebulae. The orange ones in particular seemed to stand out for whatever reason. Your example seems a bit more prominent.

I think that is the least of Frontier's bug problems at the moment.

Try increasing the galaxy map/background quality first. If you're already at ultra you can try increasing "HighResNebulaDimensions" and/or "HighResSamplesCount" in the "GalaxyBackground" section of the GraphicsConfiguration.xml (this can also be placed in the Override file).

Do not that this can increase hyperspace loading times in areas with nebulae near by.
