Currently docked at Matteucchi Ring in CD-39 4830. Federation system, 3 Fed factions, amongst them the controlling faction.
1) Demand for beer is high. They want 2.8 million tons and pay 427 Cr./t, but I can't do bulk cargo.
2) There's basically two kinds of missions available from the Feds: ship out biowaste, and bring in Imperial Slaves.
Errm, sorry, the Feds want to buy Imperial Slaves? Going to hell in a handbasket...
