Vet wont cure sick animal

I have an animal that caught salmonellosis. I have all the building and hired 2 other vets and my animal has been sick for years now and I cannot do anything with the animal. What do I do?

Next question is what is the immunity level of the animal? If it's low the animal could be difficult to treat.

Is the vet surgery and habitat available to the vets? Either in their work zone, or they have no work zone assigned?

Have you tried calling the vet to the animal directly?

Is the animal in a habitat or in Quarantine? During the campaign when they were doing the disease tutorial they had me put the animal in quarantine first. idk if thats necessary or not. But you could try that.
