Vette Ruby Anniversary Paint Job should apply correctly to ship kit

The corvette ship kit + ruby paint job has matte finish not a reflective one:

I checked with other reflective paint jobs and their's applies correctly:

Anyway the ruby one could get fixed? its embarrasing to drive it out there.
