You can't fail to have spotted that the forums have been awash for the last few days of tales and videos of Anacondas and Pythons being destroyed mercilessly by the horrible NPCs. I'll be frank, I've been terrified of taking old bessie, my trade and mining Conda out of her dock at Cleave Hub in Eravate. Anyhow, I really wanted to fit her up with the extended FSD because I want to extend her laden jump range of 19LY so despite being assured by the forum just this very day that "Only combat ships can now be flown in Elite" I thought I'd brave the 10 or so jumps over to see my lady Farseer. Sure enough, I got interdicted twice on the way by an Elite Python and then a Deadly Dropship! What does poor Bessie do next? She only has size 4 bi-weave shields and poor bessie is laden down with 13 collector limpets and all my precious engineers cargo.. * Note2: There is a serious point here, this post is really about having a good loadout combined with 4 pips to shields.. there is no reason an Anaconda should ever be destroyed by NPCs and you don't need combat skills to achieve this
