video billboard has sound only

I've been trying to get video billboards to work in my zoos. What I am ending up with is a black screen with no video but the sound of the webm file can be heard.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Can you send a sample video? Maybe there is a problem with the video and not the game

If I sent the example it would probably violate copyright. I downloaded a youtube video then converted it to webm using VLC. The link to the video should be ok if you want to try and convert it yourself?

I don't know, it works for me properly. There's video and audio. I don't know why I can't upload a picture, but on all screens it works... I would send you the video, but copyright... I converted it through an online converter https://ytconverter.app/youtube-to-webm/ . If it's about the game, try throwing this file out of the folder and reinserting it or save under another name. If some of the videos work and some don't, the fault is the file, not the game (I think so).

None of them work for me. I will try the converter on the link you gave. I think it's likely something in the file format. Using that downloader may fix it. I will let you know.

Finally got the time to play and tried the converter at that link. The video works. But a warning, the site tried to get me to install a virus on my machine.

I have an antivirus program, so it blocks everything for me. But yes.
Unfortunately most online converters try to give a virus.... You can't click on any ad, every new window turn off, etc. It works, but you have to be careful.
