I recently edited a coaster vid. My problem is that I used a trial version editing program and it has a watermark.

Does anyone know a free or very cheap simple video editing program I can use to make vid's?
I'd love to use something awesome like Adobe Premiere or Final cut Pro, but I'm not looking to spend a lot of money.

are you talking about video recording sortware like fraps? That can be expensive

Not that I am any good with video editing, but I use SnagIt. which is very good in my opinion? But to record you must play planet coaster in Windowed mode. Hope this helps

Windows movie maker isn't on my pc for some reason, maybe I'll try and find it online somewhere. I was referring to the editing part. The capturing watermark isn't that big so not that problematic.

Hey there, I'm making Youtube Videos as well and I'm using Cyberlink PowerDirector, because it's quite cheap and easy to understand. If you have any problems on how to efficiently work with that, simple search for it on Youtube, you'll find some videos about that for sure!

I use Shadowplay for video capture which is free with Nvidia cards, and excellent.

For video editing, I use Sony Movie Studio. It's like Sony Vegas but doesn't have all the features. It's dead cheap, packed with features and as super, super easy to use, even for idiots, like me. I really recommend it. [big grin]

If you would like Free and more of a professional NLE (Non-Linear Editor) Hit Film 3 and 4 are really great for that. https://hitfilm.com/express I personally have used it and then upgraded to Adobe Premiere Pro CC when i had the money.

Lightworks - That is FREE.
Vagas Movie Studio - that goes for around $75.00USD
Pinnacle Studio 20 - that goes for around $59.00-$99.00
MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2014 - That goes for around - $69.00 - $129.00

i use cyberlink power director 14. they regularly have massiv sales like 50 and 70% off. sony vegas is a rip off!!! Microsoft Movie maker does not support xavc s format and is significantly slower with processing than power director 14.
