video recording isn't picking up my own Wing voice comms

I recently recorded a bunch of videos using the nVidia GeForce Experience facilities. I was in a wing and the other wing members voice comms came out fine but my own voice is inaudible (apart from VERY faintly in the background, probably via the other commanders' output).

Has anyone else experienced this and is there a simple way to fix it?

Here's an example ...

I can't watch the video because of work filters on Youtube, BUT..

..Did you set the PTT up in the shadowplay/recording menu? I can't remember if shadowplay has a function to record full mic audio all the time or not but I know you can to set up push-to-talk.

Is your microphone an input device for the recording? Personally I'm on AMD. So can't say much about NVidia. But usually you should be able to select sources.
