[Video] So how do I get out of this one?

When I try to summon my Anaconda, it comes down nose first, bounces, rolls around a bit and eventually comes to rest. Quit and restart, and the same thing. It never lands. Anyone else seen this? I have raised a bug on the support thread, but no response as yet. Any ideas how to get around the issue? I would really like to get back to the bubble to leave on the expedition tomorrow.

Sorry it is asking me to sign in to see the video? Does your ship always come down at the same location? Have you tried parking your SRV right there to force it to collision avoid and go somewhere else?

If you start the game in non-Horizons mode, I think you should appear in orbit.

^^^ this, Get out of jail free card ^^^

I too had to do that, for me it was because my Asp landed, I boarded and no matter what engines wouldn't come on, even after reboot. So i started in orbit when loading vanilla ED.
p.s. your video is set to private

I have moved around a bit, and always had the same problem, FWIW.

No idea about signing in: this is the first time I have uploaded a youtube video (and, indeed, the first time I used shadowplay to get the video in the first place), so I am a rank amateur in these things.

Can someone try again please. As per the above, first time I have done this, so no surprise if there are issues. It was not private (I set it to public) but I had not pressed the publish button - I left it uploading when I went to bed last night as it was projecting another hour or so to finish the upload, so did not know if I had to do anything else.

Ah, yes, thanks. I remember reading that one months ago, but had forgotten it when I needed the workaround.
