As a new comer to the new Elite.. I used to play on the BBC Micro at School. The beauty of the game is ... wow.

I created this video to showcase the game, I have added some extra effects to add a little extra.
Would love to know what you think as I want to create some more.

Nice man. Nice editing.

Also may want to check out this and this to get some ideas on what you could do with some exploration. There are many other better exploration results than mine.

Nice. Thanks guys and will look at those links. Any suggestions on the best areas visually (I realise there will be lots) I have not visited any asteroid fields yet. But i do love Dalton and seeing ships flying out. Will there be any new interiors so they dont all look the same?

In my personal opinion, next to blak hole lensing effect are white T-Tauri Stars with rings (like the purple ones in my pulsar post). Those are simply breathtaking. You should proly try land on their rings. U usually find one near super-bright O/B/A stars. If you can also find a close binary with large stars and orbit around it, it may be good.

You should try visit HIP 63835. That one is not too far from civilization. It has 3 black holes, but no ringed TTS. You may run into some along the way. I think that the closest one doesn't have lensing effect, but the further ones do.

I wish there was a special border or something showing us the systems based on "real" scientific data. Somehow those are the most fascinating to me, to know it's really kind of like this out there. :p

Thanks guys, I was told Challenger is out there somewhere.. would love to find it.
The ability to walk around your ship would also be very very cool.

I believe currently there are only two interiors, the standard one and the lush one with palm trees (quite rare, but quite pretty), hopefully they will add more when the resource becomes available.
