I was trying to watch a Training Videos from the game, but looks it doesn't work now, as it shows wrong videos. I was trying on PC and PS4 - the same problem. For example:
Docking gives this link:

Powerplay: Overview gives this link:
https://www.elitedangerous.com/tutorials/powerplay-pt1

but instead of proper video from topic, I always have: Elite Dangerous: Pilot Training - Basic Flight Controls
