WIP - Voice attack profile with some simple conditionals.
When finished this command will be more professional with special effects in the computer voice, better conditionals.
Currently it operates by shutting down all unnecessary systems for minimal power usage and emissions. In order to stay cooler longer when scooping,, or preparing to go full stealth and close the heat vents (the vents are not closed by using this command, so you are at the lowest possible signature remaining mobile, and not overheating.)
