I thought these days buying ships was just a matter of:

Go mining.
Get Elite in Trade.
Go to Shinrarta Dezhra.

Did I hear someone say discounts? Li Yong Rui? Sorry, I can't quite make out what people are saying over the sound of my mining lasers and all those LTDs being refined.

On large ship, you could save 100 million+ on the final tally. And you don't have to be Elite to buy at Rui.
