Ship Builds & Load Outs Viper MK III and RES's

So I recently decided to try some Resource Extraction site Bounty-hunting with my brand new Viper MK III. I got a multi-cannon and a rail gun to complement my stock pulse-lasers and some bi-weave shields because that's what everybody says that they use. So I went out and promptly destroyed a Python and a Fer-de-Lance (with the Feds' help obviously). then I accidentally shot an Anaconda while going after another pirate who promptly ruined me. I had more than enough money to compensate (thankfully) and went out again, shot a Cobra Mk III who destroyed me with a low class missile rack.

Does anybody happen to have a good layout for a Viper Mk III with shields, hardpoints, and other such equipment?

Regards,

This is the Viper III I currently use for HazRes hunting, Comp Nav hunting and general PVE combat.

Use the cannons to kill power plants. Pip management is key: Stay up close and personal and out of the enemy's sight.

Use a shield cell if you should drop to one ring of shields. If one cell's charges are depleted, turn it off and turn the other one on.

There you can see how importand pip management is. With pips to engines and good thruster control you can basically stay out of sight in a Viper.

I play KB and mouse, my method is I lock my throttle at 50% in the blue zone and use left control and < for thrust back and thrust forward for small bursts of speed or brakes, I try to keep two pips in engines at all times to stay up close and personal. You don't want to joust or facetank in a Viper. Have fun, dogfight is really fun once you get good.
