Newcomer / Intro viper ship

I have been to many star systems I am in UALAPALOR does anyone know where i can find this ship near this system?

I'm not at my gaming PC right now, but the Viper is an extremely common ship. I suggest you filter the galaxy map for medium population and higher (move the "min population" slider to the middle), and filter out all but high tech and industrial systems.

You should end up looking at plenty of systems that have the Viper within a 25LY radius.
