Newcomer / Intro Vipers near Sorbango? or Iben Hub in Iota Hydri?

Basically what it says, finally made it back to Imperial space and now want to start working on getting my Viper and upgrading it before I go out into too many combat zones. Anyone seen one for sale near these two systems?

In general, look for systems with "high tech" economies. Their starports tend to have awesome ship-type stuff, including upgrades and actual ships.
