Visitor beacons visibility

A small but simple gripe - if something is a tourist attraction then it should be pretty visible. Unfortunately, in larger (dual, tripple star systems) the beacon might be not visible from the point of entry. This means you need to traverse all over the place looking for it. Granted, once you're near the right star it'll usually pop right up, but if there are multiple stars to choose from, this can be rather annoying.

Shouldn't the visitor beacons be visible straight away? Or, in the very least, after scanning the system (via a scanner / nav beacon)?
 
Yeah, the whole "1000 Ls" thing is a crap mechanic and should be scrapped.

Edit: Not just for tourist beacons, but for CZs, RES sites, planetary bases and all else I forgot. It adds no gameplay value.
