Vista on fleet carrier taking way too much money

Isn't the 25% vista fee supposed to be evenly split between the carrier and vista?
My carrier balance isn't increasing when cashing in organics, so it looks like vista is now taking the entire 25%.

Not sure if this is new since U14 or just since the exobio increases.

Edit: Turns out it was fdev rebalancing prices.

You get the full value to your Cmdr account. Just transfer 12.5% to your carrier and you're good.

That's what I thought, but I cashed in some organics a couple of hours ago and the values looked a bit off. Turns out they were exactly 25% lower than expected.
Unfortunately I forgot to take a screenshot. I'll hand in a few more later and see if it I can reproduce it.

Yeah only UC takes a cut and 12.5% goes to the carrier, no other services do this. Must wait to see your screenshots, if it does happen will need to sell my organic data in bubble while I am there rather than FC and just use that for when I am a long way away from any stations.

I checked the journals and found that fdev appears to have changed some prices in the latest build.
Some values changed in 4.0.0.1475 (build r289563/r0) and then 4.0.0.1476 (build r289925/r0) made further modifications.

For example, Tubus Compagibus was valued at 12,323,000 in 1475, but 1476 changed it to 7,774,700.
Most changes seem to be downwards, but several increased in value.

It looks like 1476 also undid some changes made in 1475 -- e.g. 1475 changed the value of Bacterium Bullaris from 1,152,500 to 2,766,300 and then 1476 reverted it.

Yeah they mentioned that, some rarer bio got boosted and some more common bio were reduced in value so that's ok then.
