Vivarium-tradecenters are not linked in franchise?

I guess you mean the tradecentre for the exibits? Then no, it's not. And I think the main reason for this is that if they were you could just breed hundreds of exibit animals, put them in the tradecentre, then start a new zoo, sell all the exibit animals and by that make alot of money for the new zoo (this can be done with habitat animals though it does take longer, I usually sell a bunch of lions or cheetas when atarting a new zoo just to get some cash)
