Vivariumwith 2 floors and Playground ?

I noticed that there was a lack of a play area to have fun with slides and swings and trampolines and spring toys for people if not it's a bit sad and there are in all the zoos. And for the two-story vivariums there are plenty in the zoo like the Beauval ZOO or jardim Zoollogico, especially for frogs, scorpions and spiders.

You can build multi story buildings, you just need to be good with the path tool. Using the "align to grid" option will make this process smoother

Edit: I now realize you might mean stacking exhibits, in which case that would be an awesome addition!
