The Intel wireless add-on could be a bit smaller but I really like that HTC opens up for third party stuff (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=q1A9t6J3GME)
Also Tobii has an eye-tracking add-on (https://www.tobii.com/group/news-me...eye-tracking-vr-development-kit-for-htc-vive/) that is to be released for developers this month.. anyone here ordered of one?

Except all these, and this giant box on my head.
And the fact you would need to stop to recharge or swap batteries every thirty five minutes.

Totally worth another £200....

They also forget to mention the RF signals here are so high frequency you need to mount the transmitter in the ceiling and maintain line of sight with the receiver, or you would loose connection.

I think you look like a dork with a vr headset anyway so the look for me is not that important. I also think it is nice that there is some progress on the headsets.. but we are all different

Wireless will be good for some things but there's almost no benefit using it with elite and it will be more of a nuisance in the long run playing it with elite.
