VJ Video - Dance of the Limpets

When I used to mine in my Type 9 I had 10 or 12 limpets going at once ( I can't remember exactly, long time ago )

Very relaxing, like being at the center of a huge industrial operation, a floating city. Awesome watching the multitude of little guys zipping around.

I love watching limpets when I mine. It's relaxing. They are our space-pets. :)

Being primarily a combat pilot, I was loathed to do any mining, as previously I found it extremely boring. Admittedly I was doing it in a python but without a prospect module.. which as I have now found out was a massive mistake... But now,I actually found mining to be quite relaxing and enjoyable watching all those limpets dance around me.. I found a nice rhythm of prospecting, mining, and while collecting the materials, shooting prospecting drones at different asteroids to find my next location and then moving on..

Exactly. It's less of a job and more of an experience from it. :)
And yes, prospectors are awesome, not only they allow you to "look around" but also the material yield from the asteroid is much higher.

I had the same experience VJ. Combat pilot who always loathed the idea of mining, but I've actually found it to be relaxing and enjoyable while mining for the AA CG as well.

Also, I stayed in a ring after the sun "set" behind the planet and the ring descended into "night." Mining by yourself in the dark is exceptionally eerie.
