Hardware & Technical VKB North America Stock Updated

Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing. At least you can be reasonably sure VirPil will ship when they've promised. Our Dutch pals running VKB's EU branch have a whole different take on customer service...

I did get in touch with Vkb EU, but initially my emails went unanswered, so I contacted vkb North America.
They were quite curt in their response, basically, we can’t help you as you need to go through vkb EU.
When I persevered, they ‘pinged’ vkb EU, I got a response hours later.
As you say Bill, their customer service is shocking in the extreme, which is such a shame as their kit is superb.
I pre-ordered my Virpil throttle last night, after getting a couple of queries answered (within 24hrs & over the weekend).
I plan to order the MongoosT-50CM Flightstick at the end of the month when it’s back in stock, to complete my setup.
I gave up on the idea of getting a Gunfighter pro & tecs throttle, due to no indication of release date/stock replenishment.

I can also relate to a sparse upbringing in the 70’s (when I was older I used to buy myself an Xmas pressie)which also explains my expensive toys.

i'm in the same boat, just got me 2 mongoost and absolutley love them. takes a while to get used to, and i've still a lot to do but i'm in no hurry. current setup

Hi znôrt,

The dual stick setup seems very popular, I’m a bit of a traditionalist so it’s hotas all the way for me.
The thought of two sticks gives me visions of struggling to get through the mail slot to land.

I’m initially going to configure a 4way hat to handle Yaw & see how it goes, but may eventually end up ordering the Vkb peddles(fortunately it’s one of the few things they have in stock, & highly recommended).
