Does anyone know if it's possible at all to bulk edit a profile, i.e. adjust the volume of ALL the files I have used in my Play Audio actions, rather than doing one by one by editing each Play Audio action?

Not from within the app, but you could export your profile and edit in in a text editor of some sort before reimporting.

Ok, I had a quick look. Back up your profile, then open it with notepad. It would seem the volume section of each command looks like this <X>100</X>

The example above is 100% volume. A simple solution would be a find and replace. Any sounds that you have that are 100% for example can be changed to 25%

Find what <X>100</X>

Replace <X>25</X>

Hope that makes sense, or send me the profile and I'll do it when I'm back home

VoiceAttack has a beta version out now in that they added a slider bar for volume (no more having to change every time).

Thanks for your help guys. I expected you could edit a profile file, but wasn't sure of it's location.

::EDIT::

Also, great news about the new functionality!

Ok so there is ! I'm on v1.5.4 & now we're on v1.5.7

If i install this will it overwrite all my old stuff ?

Personally I don't ever take a chance on over-righting anything. If there are profiles, etc, i back them up.

Uninstall the old and install the new. It's just the way I do it, leads to less problems.
