Voice Attack: pushing the limits

So I started toying with voice attack yesterday, and it is just *fantastic*. Sidebar, I learned that chaff and scb can be activated sans firegroup, and I plan to abuse that maliciously.

Anyway, I have some questions regarding this:

1) I saw a demo for astra, where the pilot supposedly uses a voice attack command to direct the ship to undock, clear ship space, and FSD, all without crashing or manually placing inputs. I tried the stock command and....well it was messy. Is this hogwash, or is there a reasonable way to do it?

2) I'm interested in having an AI to just chat with....Astra does that sort of thing but it's limited to pre-recorded files triggered by very specific commands and phrases. Are there conversational AI suited for voice comm? I would likely have a VA command for switching between or activating conservation as opposed to ship function, but at any rate I don't know if any such program exists.

3) after a bit of reading I've noticed you can do really clever things, like preset power dist config activated with a word or two, quicker than any of us could reasonably do in combat. What are some other useful configurations? What's something irritating to do but super easy with VA? There are no wrong answers.

Although VA and the HCS voice packs are great, they are quite limited in what they can do...

1) Undock and clear space is not something it can do entirely. Theres a command to undock and get several metres from the landing pad, then you have to manually clear the letter box and then issue another command to clear the station and activate fsd. VA will not fly your ship to orientate to your destination, it simply boosts over and over for a set amount of time and then activates the fsd

2) All of the chat showcased on youtube is prescripted. VA does not even have preset conversation trees - ie discussing topics etc. It will simply reply to anything you say in a predetermined way, regardless of relevance to anything said previously

3) Since I have got a new joystick I have managed to script and bind nearly all the commands I could possibly need, almost making VA useless for me. VA is an excellent solution if you are low on buttons and stuff though

I'm aware it was all scripted. What I was looking for is something like chat bot or cleverbot, but verbal. Maybe I could configure speech to text to send to cleverbot and then have it send it to text to speech. Shrug.
