voice attack

Hi CMDRs

Not wishing to hijack the thread, but I have a Voice Attack related question.

I've enjoyed setting up VoiceAttack for basic commands and instructions, but have not yet managed to set up a multi part Docking Request for my day to day travel.

Is this easy to do? Any hints please much appreciated.

777Driver, can you elaborate what you mean?

Unfortunately, I am neither a hardware geek nor a native speaker. Errors may sneak in at both fronts.

However, the fact stands:
- My VoiceAttack didn't work on my new computer (worked fine on my old one withthe same micro).
- Internet research hinted towards Asus mainboards and their sound software (not the drivers, but the equalizer).
- Disabling the software did solve the issue; VoiceAttack worked perfectly again.

However, this is not necessarily the solution for the OP. Many other good suggestions were given already. I just wanted to mention this possibility.

This is my docking request command from VA:

Click here for Voice attack docking command

You may need to check some of your keybinds.

The 1 key opens the nav panel
The E key moves the tab inside the navigation panel to the right
The S key moves the selection down
The SPACE bar selects the option

The pause lengths may need tweaking depending on the speed of your machine.

for those that are having problems with VA understanding you. Right click on the windows speaker icon, choose recording devices, and speak into your mic, and see which has the green bars moving when you speak. then right click on that, and choose "use this as my default device.

You should also run the Windows speech learning program 3-4 times. Ya its boring but it will help a lot.

Thanks D4RK5T4R, Will have another go, maybe the pause time between commands needs to be increased a bit more than the default.

Cheers
