Voice commands on your ship

Hi everyone,

I'm sure we've been dozens to come up with this idea.

So everything is in the title : built a vocal companion inside your ship that will join and help you everywhere.

It already exists some solutions for this (ASTRA), but it could be great to have one already included in the game and one done by Frontier and its skills.

Is there someone knows if Frontier has already mentionned this feature in future expensions?

Thats confirmed.

They will help you, extinguish fire, repair modules etc. think they said that in an old interview.

in the DDF it went even further, Gunners who increase the aim of turrets, engineers who repair faster etc

Did they confirm we will use this by the voice?

I was also meaning controlling basic functions (like set the speed of engine at 25 %, or deploy the landing gear).

I use Voice Attack for many basic tasks. Its an inexpensive tool. And I use it for many games. I've deployed and retracted hard points and landing gear; entered Supercruise and jumped. Even brought up menus. I highly recommend looking into this tool.
