I use an extension in Chrome to control it. Not at my desktop right now so I forgot the name. Just search the chrome app/extension store or whatever they call it and it isn't too hard to find. It allows for next, previous and pause by voice as long as you are playing Spotify or Pandora or whatever through chrome.
