Voice-over in Elite Dangerous

Hi,

I have two questions regarding voice-over in Elite Dangerous (NPC ships, Docking request, etc.).

1. Maybe it's me, but in Imperial system, voices from stations (docking request) are not the same as in federation/alliance station. Is it normal? Also I think they are more descriptive like if you are to land on Pad 41, they will actually say the Pad number. Sometime in Federation station, they were just saying "You are good for landing" but where not actually saying the Pad number.

2. Do you think in the futur there will be more voice-over (ships in battle requesting help, voice message from Power, capital ship help request saying why and where to go, etc.) and voice in other languages?

Thank you

Gets even more detailed than that. Different economies will have different accents too, and it's intentional. It adds character to the different regions of space.

Ship Launched fighters got some voice-overs, so yes if they are any indicator. FDev have decided they can bump up the audio budget for the game and they have set a new standard, so they likely think they can meet that minimum in future updates. Expect more to come.

Voice overs were some of the best additions to the game yet.

They make the galaxy feel much more alive and immersive(*). I hope they add more with time.

(*) Yes immersion is cool and makes games much richer, if someone feel compelled to mock don't waste your time as I don't really give a flying fart.

Does anyone know where I can get a list of people who have done voice-overs for the game?

Look at the credits in game, it's quite a way through the list with no way to scroll, but it tells which type of stations, etc each actor did.
